Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal
tax form all guns that you have or own. It may require fingerprints and
a tax of $50 per gun.

The bill was introduced on Feb. 24th and will become public knowledge
30 days after it is voted into law. This is an amendment to the
Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee
can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all..

Harold, thanks for the update of BS2099. Someone or entity needs to drag this into the courts. I'm confident the perhaps the NRA or something similar, needs to fight this all the way to the Supreme Court in view of the shitheads trying to IGNORE a constitutional right in an unorthodox way to by pass the Houses of congress. We need to not only fight this crap but the tz laws themselves, by abolishing the present tax laws for a simplified "Flat tax" and dissolving the I.R.S. permanently.Then impeach the goon in the White House,. That step may hold the only hope to stop the nonsense "changes" and the dooming of the United States. Another step is to re-inforce " State's rights" for every state not just a couple of 'em, and collect the Flat tx revenues at the local state level. cutting off a big Chunk of "Play Money" for the whores and Blood Suckers in the Nation's Capital. In other words, control the money going into Washington, choking them off and put the Bureaucrats on the buttkiss. Inside this so called Health package is the real reason for crippling the best Health and Hospital Care. Take a peek into this slime covered 1100 plus pakage at pages 881 and 882! It's an attempt to repace the "reparations arguement " for a broader resolution, similar to hiding 2099 in the tax laws, only worse.Furthemore, I want to suggest, that everyone set aside the time to read the Government pages of their Telephone Book for the names and numbers numbers to call your local, State and Federal representatives !....YES CALL! We need to firm up support and let our collective thoughts concerning GUN Rights and Health Care, NOW! NOW ! Get the wives off their butts to Call. Even Family Members, Neighbors, Friends and Relatives. If they still don't know who and where to call, most Public Libraries will lend a hand with Representative's names and telephone numbers. Tell anyone to do the same, once the required names and numbers are in hand. The Constitution is at risk. That means all your RIGHTS as an American are at Stake. That is, unless you favor doing away with the Constitution and getting some form of Constipation instigated by the White House. This is not something RACIAL, but something we enjoyed until now and is in Danger of going down the Toilet for some form of Dictatorship, Facism, Socialism our other device rendering our citizenry, myrmidons, thoughtless morons and weakling subservient slobs! Because at this critical time in history we did NOTHING to stop the railroading of "Change" for something we will regret for generations yet to come. Bad enough what has already been accomplished by the crippling steps these jerks who don't bother to read the Bills they pass, continue the DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA.
