The Kzoo Trad Archery Expo is next weekend, Jan 29 to 31, at the Kzoo County Fairgrounds. The expo is one of the best places to check out and try ( yes shoot them) new bows, accessories and nearly anything you could need reltaed to traditional archery.

There is a shooting area for the kids, flint knapping, leather goods, broadhead collection, Fred Bear and Howard Hill displays and my favorite part an awesome group seminars and workshops by some of the best speakers.

If ya haven't been and aren't busy I highly recommend checking it out.

Check this link for more info. http://gnbco.com/expo.htm

Hey GRGC, I just joined this group. I have ice fished in and near caseville a couple of times, caught some Lakers and a couple of walleye but no great stories or trophies. On the lease of land I am from Sandusky (in the thumb) there are some leases available in the area and the price will range from $40 and acre to $200+ depending on the parcel size, restrictions or lack there of and the hunting quality of the land. feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

I am trying to find some land to lease for the 09' and 10' turkey and deer season. I am curious as to what the going rate per acre is for leasing in So. Michigan. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

where in southern michigan can you do a public land wild swine hunt? any info would be greatly appreciated.i looked at the dnr swine report but the only thing there is a map with a bunch of dots on it which is supposed to be areas where there are confirmed sightings, but the map is pretty vague only puting dots in a county by county listing no real info as far as what part of the county or anything like that.it looks like there dmu map with a bunch of dots all over it in sevaral counties, like hillsdale has a ton of dots in it but is it eastern hillsdale ,north, south or western hillsdale county?hopefully someone out there can give me real eyes on data please and thank you. need tto get back to the woods and squirrels and rabbits aint gonna do it lol
