I'm A Union Carpenter and Proud of it. I love to deer hunt. I watch a lot and shoot a little. Not fond of heights so I have hunted most my life on the ground. I have only hunted Turkey a couple of times but have had good luck and love the experience.

there is a big difference between a bait pile and a food plot. come on. does that mean we shouldnt hunt a cut corn field or bean field, give me a break. is you food plot gonna be 10 yrds by 10 yrds. just because you plant a foodplot doesnt mean your gonna get a shot at a deer. when you hunt a bait pile , your hunting a specific place that deer has to go to get that food or whatever your using for bait. thats kind of like entrappment. food plots are also a good means of nutrients deer need to grow and to help them through the harsh winter ahead. just my opinion.
