- About Me
- I went to a Women in the Outdoors seminar about 4 years ago, and the guys there put a bow in my hand -- and that's all it took! I thought I would just start out "target" shooting with it. But that first time I sat in the woods, and a doe came in front of me and I let that first arrow fly, I was instantly hooked!!

Angie Simmonds said… - The couple of times that I have gone out with my husband, I have been more of just the tag along to carry all the extras. That's ok. It gets me used to going out there. I haven't ever really been one that likes just sitting around, so we will have to see how things go. I will have to wait to actually hunt until after I am able to get the cross-bow liscense since I am not able to pull back a regular bow anymore.
