Posted today's today's pix from the final tag filled for this season. He was worth the wait. How are things going out your way? We have nice weather for this weekend but in the teens until about mid morning. Brrr.

Good to see someone who knows about Curtis around here. My daughter still goes to high school here. There aren't too many activities around here that she is used to, but she has adapted well. Before we moved here two years ago, we lived in Gillette, WY where her middle school was bigger than the population here. She was really big into her cheerleading and school dances, which neither of those they have here. It has definately been an adjustment for her, but I don't think she would change it now. The one main thing I don't like about it is that I have to drive so stinkin' far for EVERYTHING and my clinicals. Makes me be away from home A LOT. How do you like it in Kearney? My husband loves going there to go to Cabella's!

Hi, Bill, No Mick G. is not the state's attorney anymore, but he is a friend of mine. He is semi retired now. He still likes to hunt and he and his wife do alot of camping in their pickup camper. Since I live so close to NE I plan on doing some trips to your state for whitetail and coyote hunting. A friend and I tried lining up a late season muzzle loader hunt but we ended up just scouting for next year. Since the private ranch we had lined up fell through. There seems to be a lot of public hunting near valentine but it also looked like it had been hunted a lot.

I hunted on the Winnebago reservation in NE Nebraska just below South Sioux City and stayed at a campground in Decatur.
